New Client Application Process

To ensure that Happy Tails is the perfect fit for you and your pet care needs, we've established a comprehensive application process. Here's a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Initial Request Submission Begin by submitting your request for services using the link provided above.

Step 2: Client Portal Request (Required for Consideration) After submitting your initial request, you'll be directed to our online booking system. Here, you can submit a new client portal request, which is required for consideration.

Step 3: Preliminary Response Within 2 business days, you will receive an email from us. This email will contain the next steps if you meet our onboarding criteria, including factors like location, service requirements, and date availability. In this email, you'll also find our comprehensive Welcome Packet, which serves as your ultimate guide to understanding Happy Tails. If you decide to proceed with your service request, the email will include a link to our new client application form for you to complete online.

Step 4: Application Review and Consultation: Client may choose from the following options based on comfort level and turnaround time for approval.

  1. Option 1: Regular Consultation Once we receive your new client intake form, our team will review your formal application within 2 business days. We will then allow you to schedule a regular in-person consultation to ensure that we are the best fit for you and your pets. ~14 days to complete the approval process

  2. Option 2: Expedited eConsultation (Zoom or Facetime) Alternatively, if you prefer a quicker process, you can choose an expedited phone consultation via Zoom or Facetime. Our team will reach out to you to schedule this expedited consultation for approval. This option is perfect if you are looking for a more streamlined approach. ~3-5 days to complete the approval process
