Why should I use Happy Tails Pet Care?
Happy Tails provides professional animal care for your furry friends. When looking for pet care, people often look to friends or family to care for their pets, but many are turning to using professional services to ensure their pets safety and care, and find reliable care for their home too. We have been operating since 2013, and our pet care providers are trained in standardized care so your pets and you get the same operations every time, while your pets enjoy our customized care plan.
Can I meet with you before I make a booking?
Absolutely! We always start off with a meet and greet before you are able to request a booking to ensure that we’re the right fit for you, and so that we can make sure you’re the right customers for us based on our services offered. All new clients submit an application for services and go through our approval process.
What does Happy Tails need from me for a booking?
Our online booking system, Time To Pet, allows our customers to create a client portal where they can update their home and pet information. All we need from you before requesting a booking is a meet and greet and updated client profile.
How are you different from other pet sitting services?
We put our heart and soul into creating an extraordinary pet care service that truly provides pet owners with peace of mind knowing their pets and their homes are being well-cared for in their absence. All of our sitters offer a standardized operational system and follow your customized care plan, that our clients have come to know and expect. No matter the provider, the care and communication will be the same every time. Unlike other pet companies, our providers do not set their own rates, rules, or practice of providing care.
Happy Tails is also proud to specialize in our signature Live-In care service, which is a service that not many companies can accommodate due to sitter availability for both daytime and nighttime sitting. We have spent our 10 years focusing on providing this service and building up our A+ team! This service is our most booked and highly requested.
Do you operate on holidays?
Yes! We provide services 365 days a year! Please refer to our policies page for more information of holiday services and fees.

Yes! We are bonded and insured so that you’re protected from us, and we can be protected from you!
