We operate with two distinct teams so that each team member can focus on their specialty and our clients always receive consistent, high-quality service. When you apply, you’ll choose which team fits you best—and for legal and operational reasons you’ll be part of one or the other, not both.

Pet Care Specialist (Employee)

As a Pet Care Specialist you’ll provide our core services: dog walking, daytime drop-ins, and pet visits throughout the Columbus area. You’ll be a W-2 employee, working scheduled shifts such as mornings, midday, afternoons, evenings or weekends. If you’re passionate about dog walking in Columbus and regional pet care, this role is for you.

Team 2 – In-Home Pet Sitter (Independent Contractor)

As an In-Home Pet Sitter you’ll provide overnight stays, vacation coverage, and extended in-home pet care for our clients. You’ll be paid per assignment, operate as an independent contractor (1099), and provide high-touch service in our clients’ homes across the Columbus region. If you’re comfortable with live-in stays and managing pet homes, this is the role for you.
